The Red Key Productions Logo features a Red UK Police battering ram, affectionately known as the Big Red Key by the UK police, depicted as a stylus on a vinyl record. This imagery represents the past and present lifestyle of the label's Artist and Founder, MC AJB, illustrating his transformation from a life steeped in the criminal underworld as a violent criminal, bodyguard, and debt collector, to becoming a self-taught independent artist, producer, and songwriter. His journey reflects not just a change in life direction but also a deep passion for music production, particularly in the realms of UK hip hop and drum and bass. MC AJB has made a name for himself on platforms like '8Bars,' where he boasts an impressive record of winning over 130 online rap battles out of a possible 147. His success has led to numerous accolades, including a headlining performance at the Royal National Theatre in Southbank London. His music has also received airplay on radio stations, further solidifying his presence in the music scene. In addition to his talents as a musician, he has ventured into visual arts and acting, showcasing his diverse creative skills. MC AJB handles every aspect of his work, from producing his own unique beats and songwriting original lyrics without the assistance of AI—a rarity in today's music landscape—to cover art, distribution, and marketing.
